This course will highlight the importance of a positive climate and help participants evaluate their program and how various dimensions shape the quality of work-life for staff. Participants will discover practical ideas to unlock a positive workplace climate!

Audience: Applicable for administrators of ages (Birth – 12yrs).
Session Specifics: This training uses a visual presentation, group interaction, discussions, self reflection and hands-on practice during the two hours. Trainer will provide AV equipment, handouts, and certificates. Screen or white wall is needed along with space for group movement.
